The Service

LarpMaxxing uses AI to generate stylized images of you in aspirational scenes from a selfie you provide. Generated images are synthetic and fictional. Image generation depends on third-party AI services and requires an internet connection; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular output quality.

Subscriptions

Access to image generation requires an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly), purchased through your Apple ID. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Subscriptions include a daily cap on image generations, shown in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use with the consent of the person depicted.
• Not use the app to impersonate any person, or to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or intended to deceive.
• Not present generated images as authentic photographs in any context where doing so could mislead or harm others.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or circumvent the app's limits or security measures.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the selfies you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your selfie solely to generate images for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use the images generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; cancel your subscription in your App Store settings to stop future charges.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
